Singer, dancer, and actor Nakagauchi Masataka, from Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan is born on August 23, 1985. He took up dance and ballet from 2002 to 2003 and also began singing. In 2004, he participated in the 17th Junon Superboy Contest ?JUNON????????????? and was included in the final selection. His most notable casting was in 2006, wherein he played the role of Rikkai Dai Fuzoku's Niou Masaharu in "The Musical Prince of Tennis" or "Tenimyu." Together with fellow Tenimyu actor, Baba Tooru, their Musical Best Actors Series album was released. To date, Nakagauchi Masataka has released one mini-album (excluding Musical Best Actor Series 008), two singles, and one full-length album. A DVD of his 2nd Live, Live Tour "Cheers!!!" is set to be released on August 5th. It will feature the footage of his live performance at Shibuya O-EAST last March 29, as well as a making-of.
