Toshihiko Seki (???, Seki Toshihiko, born June 11, 1962) is a popular veteran Japanese voice actor (seiy?) who was born in Tochigi. His bloodtype is A and he is a member of 81 Produce; apart from seiy? work, Seki sometimes does live action drama stage work. To the uninformed, he is sometimes mistaken for another popular seiyu, Tomokazu Seki. They have the same surname kanji-wise, but are unrelated.
