Tomoe Ohmi (近江知永) is a voice actress (seiyū) and singer with RAMS/evolution. She is from Saitama Prefecture, Japan and was born on October 13, 1982. She received training from the Japan Narration Acting Institute (日本ナレーション演技研究所) and RAMS Professional Education. She made her debut as a seiyū in the anime School Rumble.
